After reviewing the first couple sections of Education and Social Change I noticed several terms that I could apply to my own personal life. One of these terms happens to be social capital. The term social capital is the connections we have as people, how much we are worth in terms of resources we can utilize from people around us. Social capital plays a huge role in most peoples live. Who we know dictate the kind of jobs we get, the friends we, what are social standing is ect. Without any social capital a person could feel unsatisfied with the activities they might be doing. Another term that I thought was relevant to my life was culture capital Cultural Capital is the non-financial assets that help socially as well. These things include education, style of clothing, or even physical appearance.  Cultural Capital always use to figure out where we belong and what niche we belong to, without it we would have nothing to set our selves apart. Both of these terms allow use to utilize them in a way to better ourselves and our understanding of the tools we hold in our life.
